A little something I did on Animation Shop. ^^; As you can see, I’m trying out digital media.
I drew Hachi from this manga (by Noizi Ito, I think) on MS Paint. Never actually read the manga, but I want to. This is basically just a sketch of her on Paint, except the eye which I edited because the sketched version looked kind of creepy.
I drew Kagami-sama from Lucky Star! I certainly had a great time doing it. lol
*That’s a pencil in her mouth, not a cigarette. Messed up on it AND the shoulders (which… actually only looks bad when I took it on the webcam. What the…?)
Ayu from Kanon.
The hair is a little uneven (and so is the proportion of the face, sort of). ^^;; Didn’t have much of a flat surface to draw on (was using my lap…). Apologies for the size of the image – my father just took down the only decent webcam we had (and sold it, I assume) and put up the low quality one, so the full size version of the pic is pixely.
(Click to enlarge – better quality ^^;;)
Haruhi… with that famous “one tooth fang” of Tsuruya. Didn’t get to draw the hand though… as you could see, that little smudge messed it up (darn eraser!).
It’s suprising… with the amount of time, work, manipulating color pallettes, and sheer boredom, something like THIS can be created on Paint. Very cute. This was actually my very first time doing something like this on paint, so I was suprised at how decent it came out.
Why looky here! I managed to draw the top portion of Louise from Zero no Tsukaima. 気の利いた です … It was hard staying true to her original design, almost messed up the eyes. This is why I prefer original creations over fanworks of existing character. Though I’m much too paranoid that some jerk on the internet might steal. ^^;;
Sorry for taking the picture with a inferior webcam! Once I get a scanner (if I ever will…) things will be much better, I promise. I’ll also scan this image up and replace it with the current one once I do. Also, no coloring this time, just a rough sketch because I was bored. lol Also sorry about doing it on line paper – what a waste. I was short on blank paper, so I had to make do with what I had.
